What is the return policy?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
Where is my order delivered?
We use PAXI Home delivery, which means your order is delivered directly to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your shipping details are correct to avoid delays with your delivery.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Please note:
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa.
- During high-demand periods, deliveries may take slightly longer.
What courier service do we use?

How can I track my order?
